Hey everyone!

I am really loving podcasting! It's a lot of fun and a great way to get your ideas out there. I recommend that everyone try it. It's super easy. I bought a $20 USB headset and I was ready to go. There is a lot of free audio recording software out there. I use a free program called audacity that works great and has a lot of features.

In my second podcast I respond to comments left on my blog about a previous article I wrote called "Socialism is selfish". This article generated a lot of controversy and comments. There were 40 or so comments left on my site, and hundreds on reddit.com where I posted it. I took the time to go through some of them and give my response. It's a little long and rambly, but I try to make it fun and funny. I had a lot of fun doing it. If you listen, please let me know what you think.

Great job... I'm enjoying your arguments. I absolutely love hearing competent rebuttals to claims people make about capitalism and socialism. It helps hugely for me in understanding how I can appoarch these issues with people.

I concur with Crystal.  I find it valuable how you look closely at the language in the replies to your articles (how people define the terms they're using) and show how they are using inconsistent terms to shape (or manipulate) their objections.  Plus, you have an affable demeanor.  Keep up the good work!

Audacity is a fantastic program. It can increase tempo while retaining pitch, truncate silence, and natively supports MP3.

I use it all the time to shorten long podcasts.
