Just to play devils advocate...........this looks like a photoshop to me.
Why it could be fake:
1) It's on Failblog. Lots of fake signs on there.
2) There are lots of church sign generators on the web (example, example, example, example)
3) Glare on the sign seems to stop in the top line of the text area.
Why it might be real:
1) I haven't found this background on any of the sign generators I've checked.
2) Text seems like something I might see at a fundy church near my house. A little surprising for Baptists but ....
