Been on an unintended week-long hiatus, gratitude of local LE.

Pleasant surprise, to come back to. Due simply to the fact that J. Davidson, Roderick Long, Spangler, M. Stevens, and Strong, I hope I could make it. Roderick Long, in particular. He has an awesome youtube series readily viweable (audible) on NohnSvaha's channel. Much more on Nietzsche there, Robert Bly's Iron John, etc.

If I can get my Virago in condition for long distance, and I suppose, against my wishes both registered and myself licensed, an' I can convince my lil' lady to come along, I sure hope to attend. Damn interestin' collection of folk scheduled.

Amazing speakers list! I'm fascinated as to what Roderick Long and Michael Shermer will be talking about.

Outstanding. Most are going bold ---ldly speaking where no speaker has gone before.

I won't let go of past me, but rather invite him to chill at my birthday.

All those people in the same place at once?  Are you sure that's a good idea?  The Feds could send in the black helicopters and take out all these freethinking troublemakers in one fell swoop! Stick out tongue

I plan to drive up on Fri and back on Sun. I probably won't attend the conference though. I'm more interested in the FDR meetup.

I will most likely spend Saturday sightseeing, so if anyone else isn't going to the conference then perhaps we can find something to do during the day.

I really hope I can make it. FDR has never been so close to home before.
