Has something changed in the content of those podcasts? I've noticed that the duration is different and sound is different, but didn't noticed changes so far...

No, the content is the same, I just took out the background hum, boosted the base, recompiled at a higher bit rate, volume normalized and took out some of the pauses...

In the "Freedomain_Radio_Intro_Philosophy_3_Epistemology.mp3" file at about 9:20-9:25 the phone rings and then the different podcast begins (I have compared the beginning of this podcast and the beginning at ~9:25 - it's different)...

EDIT The same thing happens at about 10:40.

Thanks, I took the audio from the source video files, which have better fidelity, and I completely forgot about the false start on this one, got it!

Is this an overwhelming series, by any chance?

I am currently doing my equivalent to re-mastering. I'm (while listening to FDR podcasts) upgrading old piano arrangements from my previous notation software to my current one. I'm trying to recover (today) from listening to podcast 729, Your Children Do NOT Love You.

The soul is like, all alive and appalled and so on. Teenager-ish. Considering that I have several piano lessons to teach this evening, I am going to take a half hour right now and just try to get my adult self together again.

But, I feel lucky.
