Stef-o-rama I didn't get the email.  (assuming it goes to gold + sub and not just diamond).

I'm wondering do you have an excel sheet keeping track of these things or is it all sort of a mess?

I can imagine a few ways of automating this process if its giving you a headache.  At least to the extent that the only manual labor would be adding/upgrading and removing subscribers, and adding/upgrading donators.

I'm not sure if the donator/subscriber statuses are kept on an individual basis or if there is a spreadsheet/database..  

I'm sure there is a way to get a paypal account automatically scraped and put into a kind of database..

And then emails sorted by subscriber status within said database...yes...yes...
