I found this interesting talk on a podcast called UChannel. UChannel is basicly a aparatchik of modern academia run by Princeton. This talk is called 'Designing Dispute Resolution Machinery in the Employment Context' by a Harvard professor, and addresses how workers have been able to set up voluntary dispute arbitration schemes all around the world. Discusses unions, standards, and other interesting topics.
