I'm wondering is anyone who wasn't already "converted" liked this video. I loved the concept, but I don't think anyone I know will be starting a 12-step program.
I've had much better results by sharing "Everyday Anarchy."
For kicks, I tried sending it to an email list with a mix of repealers and reformers. Below are the responses:
Thanks,

Ken the political libertarian:
What a joke! This video is nothing but a bunch of anarchist bull.
Not that I'm defending any of the abominations a government might
perpetrate upon its citizenry, such as the ones your anarchist video cites.
Rather, I'd like you to explain to me how your anarchy would function
effectively as an alternative. I bet you can't.
Why not? Because that's the nature of an anarchy -- it possesses an
innate squirminess that defies a definitive answer. Doubtless one anarchist
or group or anarchists would choose to handle things using Method A, another
would use Method B, a third, Method C, etc. Which Method does your Babb
brand of anarchy support, I wonder? And what do you do when your ends
conflict with those of another -- do you initiate the use of force and go to
war with them?
Regardless, we can argue all day about whether Method A, B, or C is
best, but the fact stands that its participants already participate in
Method A or B or C or whatever. Extrapolating from that truth, what we have
NOW (call it Method U for United States or Method P for Pennsylvania) is
what the participants have chosen, either directly (by their actions) or
indirectly (by their inaction). That means your anarchy effectively exists
NOW. The People have spoken!
So rather than talking about eliminating government, let's talk instead
about how Method U and P can be corrected and improved. Now THAT is
something I think you can answer. But anarchistic nonsense like your video
is not even a question, let alone an answer.
Adam the "good government" reform guy:
He's got the Jame T Kirk speaking style going. :p
But some people need to realize that, since the majority of people
HAVE gone to public schools, if you want them to listen to your
message, it is not a good idea to start out by insulting them. After
that point I turned off the video because I had no desire to listen to
someone who pretty much just called me ignorant.
Jeni another "reformer":
Well, apparently my lower class education -having
had 12 years in the public school system as well
as four years -and a degree too -from one of
those other lower class schools too -a state
university that is also a Big Ten School like
Penn State University, which apparently doesn't
fit within your criteria for a fine or even
decent education, I guess I never learned the meaning of "statist" either.
But how on earth could I possibly have acquired
that knowledge, being of such a lower class
individual as you purport me to be -based on my inferior education and all.
Some how, I'm thinking your fine, upper-class
education didn't teach you a darned thing about
the words "Arrogance" and "rudeness" either for that matter.

This video: I'm glad you shared it. It will help in a certain amount of Statist cases, and the un-admitted Statists can just keep poo-pooing it.... This person on video is SPOT ON.
It's well produced, and so refreshing!
Thank you so much,
