Richard,
I have in my possession The Neo-Tech Discovery manual. I've had it for several years. I must admit, that because of my experience with these people when I ordered it, (and maybe the wrong mindset at the time) I kinda got the creeps after reading part of it, and I set it aside.
I dragged it out a few months ago, thinking I might offer to send it to Stef, after someone referred to him as a "NeoCheater" on the comments page, so he could see what they were talking about. (I forgot about it when I realized he didn't seem too bothered about it.)
After rereading the stance they have taken with regard to philosophy, my curiosity has been rekindled. I'll try it again.
Frank R Wallace also wrote a book on how to make a living playing poker before this. I may have a digitized copy around. I will look for it if you are interested in reading it.
For Stef: if you are curious about this NeoTech, I'll send you my copy.
